440 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 440 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 440 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. 440 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The 440 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from using any of the platform's services.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on the 440 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without warning.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 440 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify 440 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • The name on your account profile must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet owner for withdrawals to be processed.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 440 platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate games or platform systems.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity on the 440 platform.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to any other party.
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of balances linked to suspected activity, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 440 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and the TNG eWallet digital wallet.

Applicable payment terms:

  • Deposit: All deposits are final once confirmed. 440 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method. First-time withdrawals require identity verification before processing.
  • Minimum limit: Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Check the finance section in your account for the latest details.
  • 440 reserves the right to hold or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity pending investigation.

Any taxes, bank charges, or fees imposed by payment processors are solely the user's responsibility. 440 does not charge any hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Termination

440 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading registration information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
  • Holding multiple accounts.
  • A user's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach, any balance associated with the flagged activity may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. For voluntary account closures, any remaining valid balance will be returned after a standard security review, subject to the relevant terms.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the 440 support team through the in-platform help centre.

6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Liability Limits

The 440 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 440 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 440 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of 440 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 440 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 440 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

440 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
